Return Policy

Because our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Fulfillment Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@courtgoddess.com with:

1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the damage or manufacturing error.

We will review the issue right away and work with our printing partner to get a free replacement shipped out to you immediately. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
